Quick quick quick

Ever want to create a super quick layout, one that turns out great but doesn't look like you just tossed everything down on the page. As a work at home mom, I have plenty of time most days to create, but I understand busy moms who feel the desire to get a page done without spending hours. So I created a super quick and fun layout with Pebbles Treehouse collection.

In 10 minutes, you should be able to cut these flowers and leaves from the patterned paper (being somewhat of an expert, I don't think it took me that long, and if you're an unsure cutter, it may take a few moments more).

It should take you about 10 more minutes to size and print your title and journaling. I printed my title at 7x1 inch- 1 inch away from the right edge, sized my text box 3x3 and put that right at the corner of my title box. I trimmed off several inches from the bottom and an inch or so from the edges. Don't forget to set your Word program to Landscape mode for this.
In this time, you can trim your papers, punch the scallops of the top border and trim down your photos.

Within the next 10 minutes, you can adhere and arrange your papers, photos, flowers and glue down the chipboard butterfly.
that is it, hopefully you can try this and see how fast your layout comes together!
have a super day!

If I were a scrapbooker, this would be awesome! The same rules apply as a card maker though. Thanks so much!

Love this layout. It is so bright and happy! Very cute, very quick and it looks like it took a long time.
My biggest time eater is picking out the paper I will use for my layouts. Got any suggestions for that?

Kristie, I tend to use papers that are either similar theme to my layout I want to do- ie. butterflies.
or in the colors that compliment or set off my photos, depending on how much is going on in them. go with your gut, and chose the ones that you like best to work with, that is usually going to be a layout that turns out incredible.
thanks!
