SWEETHEART BROWNIES by Kristen Swain

Ingredients
mini cupcake wrappers
bite sized brownies- I used premade
Chocolate icing
chocolate chips
parchment paper
fondant and icing colors
paper- American Crafts Dear Lizzy Christmas
TIPS- I added icing on top of the brownie with an icing bag and decorative tip. Then I stuck my chocolate decor in that soft icing, and allowed them to harden in the air.  I used the Cricut Tip washing basket to hold powdered sugar and dusted my brownies and plate with it. I also used some extra fondant to make some roses and decorated my plate with them.
To make the chocolate, I melted my chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave for 30 sec. intervals, then spread them out thinly on parchment paper. I placed it in the freezer and when frozen, it pulled right off the parchment paper. I used a  couple thin dabs of icing on my cutting mat to hold the chocolate to the cutting mat.
