Crate paper items and another giveaway

This week over at Glue Arts we were sponsored generously by Crate paper with their restoration line! It's a beautiful soft vintage line that I think is just beautiful!

Keep reading to see what my giveaway will be this week, plus my winner for last week's Best Friends Imagine Cartridge!

Once I started creating, I just kept going, and I made four things with it. I still have plenty of paper and some chipboard left for when I have some spare time!
First I created this lovely glassine look gift envelope. I used a vellum envelope I bought at the craft store, filled it with a handful of candies.
I wrapped my twine around then layered on Crate Paper papers ( I cut the scallop shape with my Cricut and the Storybook cartridge) I used Glue Arts High Tac adhesive of course and I even tucked in a couple berry stems with my Glue Arts Adhesive Squares.

Isn't it pretty- would be a nice gift for a neighbor, friend,  teacher or coworker.

Next is my favorite card of my bunch. I love how this turned out. Again, Crate Paper Restoration line, some berry stems, I layered the teacup and rose with Glue Arts UCutIt foam, and I added my scallop cut square from my Cricut/Storybook cart. I also added in some red pearls, and this lovely lace I 'tea' dyed with some walnut ink and old lace color spray mister.

You can see I even inked the edges of the scallops for some subtle color.

Next is a lovely layered floral card. All these pretty chipboard flowers came on the sheet, and I just had to use them! I started seeing how they could layer with each other and I added them onto another Cricut cut square.  This time after I inked the edges, I layered on the chipboard and added some teeny random pearls. I added a border strip to the bottom of the mat and I tied a lace bow, topping it with a sweet little mother of pearl vintage-y button and twine.

I added a single small pearl to the gray/green flower too.

My last card is a mis of papers and border stickers. I love to rough up the edges of the stickers with my fingers, just to give them a bit of dimension. I added a scallop oval this time, again, Cricut/Storybook ( don't you love the shapes on this cart?) now I don't need those spellbinder dies!! :)  Again, I inked, and I layered. This time that pretty owl sticker and the much thanks sticker. I added this bow from ribbon by Teresa Collins, and I layered on a chipboard button/twine on that. I also added this pearl berry stem, I love that gorgeous champagne color of them.

Of course, I should repeat, I used Glue Arts adhesives on all my projects, the Glue Glider Pro gun with High Tac adhesive runner, my Glue Arts adhesive squares too. Oh and I used a tiny trio of gems to finish my card!

BUT- don't leave yet. Join me in congratulating ...

Of course, all the cards are bee-u-tiful! I love the 'tea time' card the best, I think! The dress form made out of lace is beautiful - and I'm not usually a vintage-y person!
