Good Morning!

Oh my goodness! Today Cath Edvalson is doing a Blog Bop of spooky fun Halloween cards, and she chose one of MY cards to be included! So thrilled to be in there among the amazing talent of the other ladies she is featuring! If you'd like to check them out, click on this link and jump over there!

I have been cleaning out my space again. I find this therapeutic and necessary at times. It's kind of like shopping in my own house, I find lots of wonderful goodies that spark my creativity!

I actually have a tote that holds my christmas and halloween supplies. most of what is in there just won't ever work with any other time of year, so I have it separated from my other items. I found some 'oldie but goodie' items from last year that I had fun playing with. I apologize for my pics, I had to take them this morning, which started out very dark and gray.

First up is this fun card. I used extra Echo Park Halloween paper, mixed with my ITop tool to make that fabulous button brad. I also added in some of that American Crafts papers I was talking about this week. The ribbon is also Amer. Crafts, I cut that little embossed plaque from their paper too. I added in Reminisce stickers ( border, spider and RIP gravestone), threw in a little green twine with an Am. Crafts button. I also threw in a bit of my favorite ( corrugated cardboard!) and love how cute that Echo park witch border is!

Here is a closeup.

Next is this fun and colorful gift bag. I used that mix of Echo Park and American Crafts papers,  adding in this coffin shaped journal spot I cut out from the Am. Crafts  journal spots.  I also used K&Co fun glittered sticker witch, a Reminisce chipboard cat,  a Polka Dot (Seeing Spots) embossing folder star cut out, Am. Crafts button, and some pink twine. I used Glue Arts Foam to pop up my cat and star.

I simply embossed the paper then traced a star and cut it out.

Love the fun colors of these papers. Wouldn't this be a cute gift bag for a friend?

Lastly, I have this super bright fun canvas. The canvas is 8x10 and I used my Stazon to ink all around the edges.
Then I cut this spider web paper to fit on top of the canvas, and added the bright pink borders all around ( cut with my scallop scissors)

I drew around the edges with a black pen, then added this purple block to the center, matted on a bit of green paper. ( all Am. Crafts) I added the chipboard border to the bottom, and topped that with an accordion  of brown cardstock, topped with a Reminisce sticker.

The glittery ghosts and pumpkins are all last years Reminisce collection stickers,
I popped them up at various heights using my Glue Arts foam tape.
I added an Am. Crafts ribbon, topped with my ITop brad using Echo Park paper. Lastly I added some of these cute plastic spiders adhered with Glue Arts Extreme Adhesive Squares.

Lastly, don't forget I'm giving away a great pack of Echo Park Happy Halloween Collection this weekend. Leave a comment and become a follower if you aren't one and I will pick a winner on Monday!.
