Halloween will be here so soon! There is just enough time to get some cards made and sent. I want to share some of the cards I made this week with this fun BOO collection from American Crafts. I absolutely adore fun bright colors and cute images!
First, this card. I added the orange striped paper to the background, then topped it with a journal card.
I simply added a piece of chipboard border on top and layered on some orange twine. I added a black button to the twine bow.
Then I layered on these adorable felt pumpkin stickers. And added some foam tape ( Glue Arts) to the back of the Halloween sticker. Quick and simple card.
Ever since Imaginisce let me play with their Itop tool and parts, I have been IN LOVE with these big fat buttons! You'll be seeing lots more of them!
Lastly, one more creepy card. I used some more of that gorgeous orange paper, layering the bottom with a bit of that colorful web paper. I added that really cool chipboard web border between them, then topped that with some purple twine.
I added a black button to that twine bow. Then I added a journal spot just underneath the twine. On that I layered the three candle sticks, foam taped for dimension, and I added a plastic spider I got in the Halloween section. I glued a bit of floss to the spider for his thread. And finally added this phrase that I cut off from another sticker.
Have a spooooky afternoon!
