Week of Sneaks

it's started- well, some companies started way back at the beginning of July. But Pink Paislee has begun their sneak peeks at the new lines this week. I wanted to share some of the items I have been creating this week.

One of Pink Paislee's new lines is Hocus Pocus- a fantastic new Halloween line.

I created some fun decor items with the line, making some creepy books that would be perfect to display in a setting with some creepy candles, spider webbing, perhaps a cauldron and maybe some spooky jars.

These books are paper mache boxes. They can be opened to store items, but I think the fun is all on the outside.

I created these books with awesome leather paper ( some way old stash I had), crocodile skin embossed paper, Hocus Pocus papers and embellies, some brads and Pink Paislee Weathered Wood Letters, covered with crackle gloss and then sprayed with Maya Mist in black and wiped off. I also spritzed the books with the black mist, and inked with black staz-on.
