Home Sweet Home Canvas


Supplies:
12x16 stretched canvas
white, teal, green acrylic paints
paintbrush
Echo Park paper ( Walk in the Park Line)
Bobunny chipboard sun and Skies paper
Button and twine
teal gem
Bobunny dot chocolate cardstock
thin and thick black markers

Glue Arts Adhesives- Extreme Adhesive Glue Squares and Mini Glue Squares
3D Adhesives- foam tape


Instructions:

1. Turn canvas to back, paint inside of wood frame, using teal and white mixed for the sky, and green for the grass. Lightly stipple clouds with  white paint while sky is still wet. Allow to dry.
2. Cut 1 inch strips of teal paper, adhere to edges of canvas with Extreme Glue Squares.
3. Using 3D Foam tape, and two journal spots cut from paper, adhere to orange paper and cut into house shape. Cut chimney and roof with additional papers.
4. Add gem to flower on journal spot, and cut out window shape, penning in details with thin marker. Adhere to house.
5. Adhere house to canvas using extreme adhesive glue squares.
6. Cut out three tree trunks with brown dot cardstock, and also cut out three circles with green papers, adhere together with extreme adhesive mini squares and then adhere to canvas with Extreme Adhesive Glue Squares, lightly curl tree trunks up from circles to create dimension.
7. Cut out four random fluffy bush shapes from different papers, adhere to canvas scene using Extreme Adhesive Squares.

8. Cut out three clouds, adhere one cloud to canvas using Extreme Adhesive Squares, adhere chipboard sun, then using a single layer of 3d foam adhesive, add one cloud, then double layer two pieces of adhesive together and add third cloud.
9. Adhere border strip and flowers on bottom of canvas, then pencil in wording.
10. Create wording with thin and thick marker lines, adding two small heart stickers between each word.
11. Create the banner with banner stickers and letter stickers, punch 1/16 holes in each banner, string onto twine and using Extreme Adhesive Glue Squares, adhere to top of canvas.
