More gcd goodnees

So, hopefully yesterday you liked my post about those sweet sewing pattern flowers. I hope you did, cause I have a few more items using them. I had so much fun making the flowers, I couldn't stop and just had to do something with them. Since cards are my go-to item, I created these few with the scraps I had of the Homespun Chic line.
This card I made with scraps like a quilt. Then I layered my cut out flower/bird embellishment ( cut from patterned paper) and I added this ruffled strip of 'sewing patterned' themed paper. I used some twine to add a bow, plus I added this cute canvas tag to the front. Add in my sweet flower and I was a happy card making girl! That sweet fabric brad is part of the collection too!

Here's a close up. Hopefully you can see the glitter on the bird/flower combo piece. Comes that way- isn't it fab!!

Next are these adorable glossed ladies I cut out of pattern paper. I added paper underneath them, plus added this diagonal strip across and stitched it. On top of that I added the tag, looped and stapled the extra twine. Then I added some word strips and Bobunny sticker letters for Create. And finished the whole card with my sewing pattern flower with a button and twine bow.

Lastly is this fun card. I love these posing ladies, they are acetate and have glitter on them. This dear lady is holding her hands out, so I added my greeting using chipboard strips across them. Wouldn't this be a great Mother's Day card?

I layered pattern and glitter papers, added the lady and to the bottom I added a strip of glittered border, and some of this alphabet twill I've had forever. I added my sewing pattern flower, with a pretty flower brad ( gcd studios) as well. Again, lots of fine glitter I hope that shows up.

I have had a lot of fun making and telling you about these creations- hope you have enjoyed sharing them with me.
Have a great day!
