Lots and Lots of fun things to share

I have so much stuff to share today- first though- I wanted to let you know- if you will leave me a comment sometime this weekend I will enter you into a drawing for this chipboard giveaway I have. In this package are several packs of PaperHouse Canvas stickers, Bobunny Chipboard and Clear letters, Bobunny Chunky Charms, a Bobunny Edgy Black Chipboard album, and a WRMK tab dispenser and two boxes of tabs.
Entries for my Blog Candy will be accepted up until Monday morning, and please US addresses only.

Next I have some New Bobunny stuff to share, this beautiful new line called Jazmyne from Bobunny- just debuted this week and here is a layout I was able to make with some of the papers. I know it's nice to see layouts, rather then just papers to get a good idea of colors, sizes and glittery-ness. First I shabbied the edges of the diecut with my HS distresser tool, then I added in my strip of stripe paper. I cut off a bit of the edge of the purple diecut and then just trimmed it to an edge. I then layered it onto my layout. I cut the pink/purple paper with deco scissors after I added it as a mat to photo. I fussy cut out the flowers, added in hand stitched stems for the flowers. I used a punch for the leaves. I handcut the leaf at the top corner from a paper, but used my cricut to cut out the butterflies. I used bobunny sticker letters for the large part of the title, and Reminisce letters for the smaller part. The circles border diecut is also Reminisce. I used a couple buttons with twine on the bflies, and added my journaling on white cardstock.

For this next layout I used the New Bobunny Paradise line. I faded out the color from my photos when I printed them. For this layout, I distressed all the edges I could, adding to the distressed feel of the paper. I added a strip of the stripe paper to the one side, then added a trimmed down piece on top, I crinkled some of the edges, and tore some other spots in the paper. Then I added the dark brown strip, and placed the diecut spot on top, adding my photos and several strips of torn paper along the bottom. I fussy cut the palm trees, crab, wood posts and seagull. I used a chipboard piece for my title, and wrote my journaling on a piece of spare paper.

Next- this card is a bit better for color showing in the Paradise line- my layout I had to photograph on a cloudy dark day. To make this card, I added a block of stripe paper to my card base, adding a strip of brown to that. I think added a scalloped border to a journal block, loving that the words were partially written for my greeting. I added this to some spare chipboard for dimension. I also added this dark blue ribbon with button and twine.

To finish the card I added some of these shell stickers and used some more Reminisce letters for the rest of the greeting.

For my last Bobunny project, I made this lovely topiary with the Jazmyne collection. I took a simple topiary and added punched flowers to it. First I wrapped Bobunny Dot ribbon around the stem, and added a larger ribbon around the rim of the pot as well. I tied a ribbon bow with sheer ribbon, adding a second bow, and double button to the front of the sheer bow. I then punched a 6 petal flower, adding a smaller 5 petal flower on top, finishing each flower with a button and attaching the flower to the topiary with a pearl head pin. Although this is a nice pic of my finished work, it doesn't show the glimpses of glitter that sparkle all over the topiary. It turned out really beautifully!

Next, I was playing around with a bit more of the Jazmyne papers and made a quick gift bag, I used the wood grain paper with the lovely glittered flourishes. I topped this with some of the green paper, punched with my Martha eyelet punch- two layers.

To finish the bag, I added a small strip of pink/purple with a torn edge, then topped it with a partial rectangle with torn bottom. This white cardstock was embossed on my cuttlebug with the distressed stripes folder. I added a simple white ribbon, adding a silk flower with twine and bow, a Bobunny NEW 3d flower stem and some Glitter Factory Reminisce letters.

Next I had some fun playing with a set of Doodlebug Fun Flock. It came in a package from Cards magazine and the colors are pretty fun. I hadn't any idea what to use it on, but again- during my cleaning spree I found these cute Dooodlebug stickers and decided that the monkeys needed some dimension. I used some regular crafting liquid glue, and sprinkled it on. It is VERY fine and moves in the slightest breeze- I was very afraid of taking a deep breath and getting this stuff in my mouth- blech! LOL!! After I let it dry I made this cute Valentine's Card.

First I took a scrap of sage cardstock, adding it to my card blank. Then I used some Reminisce Unwritten paper in a much smaller block. I added another scrap of kraft paper on top, adding some punched bobunny dot red cardstock hearts. I added my monkeys, and some buttons on the hearts. To finish the card, I added my greeting with Reminisce Valentine's night glitter letters, and MM tiny type letters. I also added a small punched heart, and a couple bobunny icandy gems to the front of the greeting ending.

Lastly for now, I have this sweet princess castle card. I had this older Bobunny chipboard word, and saw this set of stickers sitting out, just deciding that my title needed to be princesses and castles, one of my youngest daughters favorite things. I used Bobunny dot pink, sage and aqua cardstock, adding a large block of pink to my background. Then I cut out (freehand) a couple cloud shapes, popping them up with foam tape. I added a strip of white cardstock to the background, cutting a mountain range in the background freehand as well. I then added the castle sticker- from K&CO, the two hearts and tied the sheer ribbon bow. I added the button to the bow, adding my title to the card as well. I used stickles to add the glitter to the clouds and chipboard word.

That is it for me today- I have been spending most of my day with two girls home as our district had inservice days for the teachers.

have a wonderful afternoon!
