Cool weather card

Cool weather is on it's way. I created this card with some scraps I had left after making another card. They are KaiserCraft papers. Which though they weren't specifically winter themed, I loved the colors and the coolness of them.
I had found this wonderful crocheted snowflake in my stash- I have a huge stash I am trying to dwindle down to usable portions- and decided it was perfect with the ocean mist button and brown twine. That's what started this whole card! So I traced out a wide heart, and cut that out- then handcut my own heart to top it from a piece of white cardstock I had already embossed. ( want to use more embossed papers- do a bunch of scraps ahead of time, and keep them somewhere near you- you will use them more often and love the dimension they add to your projects. I popdotted both hearts, then added my snowflake to the top heart. I also added a touch of scalloped border in lime, just to bring that bit of green out. For the title- I used some My Mind's Eye rubon words- and two pearl stickons.
Happy Day to you!
