Good Sunday Morning!

Hope you all are having a nice weekend. Hubby and I are cleaning and painting a small room we have off my office- we have given it over to the girls as a craft room for now- but it could function as so many others- bedroom, office, man cave!! LOL!! Chris ( my hubby) was seriously dreaming of turning it into a man cave, but we have time later on to make it that. For now- the about 10x10 room will function as the girls crafting room- with a large 8 foot table, iris carts for storing their craft supplies and a wall for displaying their art. I like that I can close the door and not have to see their mess! We painted the dark wood paneled room white - with a single lime green accent wall. we'll still have a little decorating to do to finish the room- but that can be done in time.
So that is why it has taken til today to get my Saturday Cardpatterns card up. I was in a romantic frame of mind this week so I pulled out my Bobunny Beautiful life papers out and used that for the background. I added a little bobunny dot cardstock- espresso and this ocean color that is right now my absolute favorite color! I bought a little silk flower spray this week and the color was just right - so taking the flower off the stem, I put a button in the center and tied on some of this old stash measuring tape twill. I tied a bow, then added some glittered wings I cut with my indy art cartridge, then used spray adhesive to add the glitter. I also added a couple MM sticker journal spots- I shabbied the edges a bit, some DCWV flocked sticker letters and an embossed white cardstock - using the distressed stripes folder.

thanks for stopping in- have a wonderful rest of your weekend!
