Happy Turkey Day!

with all that I have to do today and tomorrow- I'm sure this will be my last post for the week. After Thanksgiving we start setting up Christmas decorations. So that is what we'll be doing this weekend. Dh lugs the stuff down from the attic- and I do the rest- I have the girls decorate the big tree, and help me set out the rest of the decorations. wish me luck that there won't be too many dead spiders in the boxes! eek!
I loved the bonus sketch from Hanneke at 2sketches4you this week. this is what I came up with for it. the paper is bobunny, with some MAMBI felt leaves, a Hambly prints swirl, some extra felt I had, and button, ribbon and twine,with some MM letters.this is another card I created the other day. Anna Griffin paper and sticker, with a Hambly clear journaling block, a My Minds Eye rubon, MM letters, buttons and twine.

Hope everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving has a wonderful one- and doesn't suffer too much from overindulgence. I am so thankful for my family, my home, that we are able to have a Thanksgiving where so many families won't be enjoying this Thanksgiving because they can barely put food on the table, I am thankful for my friends, blog readers, for this craft/art that I enjoy so much. I am thankful for my country, and my freedom.
