5 days/5 looks/5 cards - Card 4

Hello again Friends!! Today is day 4 of my card showcase, I hope you are enjoying this daily showcase!
Again I am using the same Hero Arts Poppy stamp to create unique looking cards. I love dramatic colors and this peach/orange combo with the black and white really pops!
Again, I used a larger piece of cream cardstock, and stamped two of the stamp images just overlapping each other and one slightly lower then the other. I sprayed that piece with pink and orange to get almost a sunset look, I also colored in the stems with watercolor pencils. When I spray my backgrounds, I use a paper towel and rub in the color and take off the extra ink, it gives a pretty blendy look.

I kept this card on the simple side, just using a tiny bit of the Pink Paislee houndstooth punched with my EK scallop punch at the bottom of the stamped block. I used my other Hero Arts set and stamped the greeting, then accented it with orange gems. When I fussy cut out all the flowers, some of the flowers I adhered right to the background, using Mini Adhesive Squares from Glue Arts. Then I used Glue Arts UCutIt foam to pop up the rest of the flowers. This really gives a dimensional look. You can click my images to make them larger for a better view.

Of course, for the flowers, I again used my watercolor pencils. This time a yellow center and an orange outer flowers, and blending them together.I added a little thin twine bow and orange button on the card fold to finish it.

thanks for stopping by for card 4 of my showcase.
