Hello! if you are here for the Glue Arts blog hop, please scroll down two posts to see the official hop post!
I can't believe fall is well on it's way. I love summer and will hate to see it go, but fall is so gorgeous and how could I not be happy about it coming along now as well. The colors, apples, warm scents, cool days, beautiful scenery and more.. I also really enjoy creating fall projects!
However, since I was creating a project I had my Pink Paislee Hocus Pocus papers and embellishments out, and when I do that, I do try to make some extras. I had so much making these, especially since they both turned out just like I wanted them too!
First with this card, I cut out the diecut spider paper, Spider's Lair, just cutting along the webbing to create an edge. I added my papers to the card, including some kraft I embossed with my swiss dots folder. I also added the canvas border along the bottom. I popped the web paper up, using Glue Arts foam. Then I stitched the webbing lines with floss. I added some black ribbon, and topped it with a bow, button, flower, twine and a sticker star.
To finish the card, I added the letter stickers, and some more star stickers. And I added dimensional glaze to the spider and fly, and topped the spider with two black gems.
Next, I made this fun card with some of my scraps. I added the purple paper to the card, then topped it with distressed stripes embossed kraft paper. I also added a small strip of the orange paper, notice the tiny little icky flies!
I added this large poison sticker then at the bottom added the banner stickers, popped up with Glue Arts RaisN's. I cut out this oval from the paper, then popped it up with Glue Arts foam tape. I added my letter stickers, omitting the O's and added wiggle eyes instead. I added a simple small orange flower, with button and twine then added a few small stars to the card.
Here's a close up of the card.
Thanks for stopping in today!

I love the colors that you used! Thanks for sharing.
I wasn't here for the glue arts blog hop, but for the Halloween mention on your blog. I LOVE Halloween and these cards are too cute. They could easily be expanded into 12x12 scrap pages. :)
very cute!

Love that spider web!
Love to make Holloween cards and am always looking for inspiration. These are fabulous! Thanks.
