Now- here is the list of designers you can check out- hop to each one or go crazy with switching them up, but make sure you go to each one. Not only can you enter to win the prize pack, but each designer has come up with something new and gorgeous for you to check out!
Kristen ( you are here :0) )
I would also love to share my exclusive new tag set with you. These tags measure 6 x 3.25 inches.
I have used Pink Paislee Queen Bee collection to make these tags. This collection is near and dear to my heart, it just simply so beautiful!!
What I have done, is to create each tag separately, but they could be used to create a fun Mother's Day Tag book, or could just be mounted onto cards to make different and personalized Mother's Day cards.
Click to see this in full detail!
First is this For you Tag.
I zigzag stitched around the outside edge of the tag. Then I added black paper to the back of the ledger paper, cutting with my scallop scissors. I layered on a piece of the diecut edged paper, then added my strip of ledger paper with scallop across the tag. I stamped my bee, my flowers, and my crown with the Queen Bee and Bayberry Cottage Clear stamps. I also fussy cut them all out, and attached them as shown. For the flowers I added some Bobunny gems to their centers.I punched a piece of the diecut paper with a circle, then added it to my tag. Punching a second hole in the green paper makes it easy to add a ribbon through the top.
To finish my tag, I used the pleated cream ribbon to make a flower.
Next is this Queen Bee tag.
I first stitched a graph pattern on my kraft tag, then using artisan tape, I taped around all the edges, mitering the corners so they looked a little neater. I then stamped a crown and several bees, fussy cutting them out and stamped several tiny bees directly to the tag. I stamped and cut out the word Queen, and added these Expressions Weathered Wood letters, using two #3's for the E's on the tag. I cut out my crown, and added a single dot from the Expressions Glittered Alpha chipboard set. For my tag top, I punched a circle, then edged it with paper cut with my scallop deco scissors, and punched my small hole through.
Next to share I have this You are a Queen Tag
For the base tag, I stitched a mixture of straight and zigzag stitches along the right edge. I then used a punch out for my paper base. On top of my paper base, I added a flip note cut in half, then I added a small Artisan Elements that I sprayed with black Maya Mist and wiped off. I stamped my word Queen onto ledger paper, cut it into a strip and made it into a banner. Then I handwrote the words you are a . I stamped a few flowers from my Bayberry Cottage and fussy cut them out. I also made a flower using the artisan tape, a cork button and a bella brad. For the top of the tag, I used a simple punched circle then punched again with a smaller circle punch.
Lastly I want to share this Queen tag.
For this tag, I stitched in a straight line all around the tag, three times. Then I ruffled some artisan tape and added that to the bottom of the tag. I also cut a flip note in half and added that to my tag, after I distressed the edges of the tag. I also cut a cork button in half and added that to my ruffled artisan tape. I stamped the fluer de lis stamp directly on the tag. I also stamped several sizes of bees using the Queen Bee stamps, and also the word queen. I cut off the Q, and added the rest of the word to an Expressions Weathered Wood Letter Q, making the word Queen. I added my bees to the tag, and I used a simple circle punch for the top of the tag, adding my final hole punch through it.
Thank you for coming to my blog today, don't forget to leave a comment to be entered into our Prize giveaway and I'd also love it if you added yourself as a follower. Monday or Tuesday Rebecca will announce the winners for all the giveaways on the blog, I will also re-announce here on my blog!
Have a great weekend!
