Bobunny Blog Hop!

Hoppy Blog Hop today!

Over at Bobunny we are having a blog hop, to announce our guest designer of the month. Thank you for coming by my blog today, hopefully you have jumped here from Robyn's Blog. And you will continue on to Julia's Blog from here.

But if you can spare a few moments with me, I'd like to share some things with you.

First, since we're having a celebration today- I thought I'd do some SPRING CLEANING and offer up some of my wonderful Bobunny Chipboards to you for a blog candy giveaway. If you will leave a comment here sometime before Monday morning at 8 am, ( and you are a US resident) then I will put your comment in for a random drawing for this.... lots of chipboard goodies, rubons and other delightful goodies.

Next, a few cards to share. This card has only a little bit of Bobunny, but is the essence of thrifty. I had cut out some shapes for another project, and didn't want to throw away these little circles, knowing what a cute flower they would make. So I added this Reminisce black grid paper, Reminisce cloud paper and a Reminisce card block.I added some extra bobunny dot paper for the stem and leaves, cut out a few extra clouds and mounted them with popdots, and added a rubon from MM to finish my card.

And since it's spring, how about a nice Happy Spring card. Using scraps of BB Kitchen Spice, I made this background piece, I liked how the red brush stroke kind of looked like a setting sun. And the pink trees look a lot like my Flowering Cherry tree right now. I added a bit of striped ribbon, some felt letters from Making Memories and some MM tiny type letters.

Far far out of date, but I grabbed up these scraps and made a card anyway- hey I'm early for next halloween- right? LOL!

I love this Tomb it may Concern block and cut it out with scallop scissors. I also cut out the journal block, and added that as well, on top of two layers of dot cardstock. Then I punched three stars, making the black on smaller by trimming it down, and popdotting them. I layered on some corrugated swirl paper at the bottom and added some MM tiny type letters, and two BB buttons.

Going from dark to bright here, I added the pink dot cardstock to the edge of my card, triming off the edges with scallop scissors. Then I added this black Reminisce grid paper along one edge. I added a Reminisce card to the front, again, trimming the corners to round them, and added more of the scrap circles to stems with handcut leaves.
I added two buttons to the flower centers and then this colorbok rubon to the card.

And lastly for today, one more bright flower card. I used some Reminisce stripe paper, adding a large block of Bobunny dot paper, then added some more Reminisce grid paper in pink and black. I added a bit of Bobunny orange dot ribbon, this K&Co flower chipboard and Bobunny buttons. The rubon is MM.

Thank you so much for hoping by my blog today, I hope you have enjoyed your visit with me.
Please jump right on over to Julia's blog to get one step closer to our guest designer!
