Saturday CardPatterns

Happy Sunday- yesterday was our weekly reveal on Cardpatterns. This week we were sponsored by Sherrod Studios. Kim sent us each stamped images to work with. I picked this pumpkin grouping- coloring in with my sharpies, since I don't own any Copic markers.
I used some Basic Grey Indian Summer papers - adding in some old Mambi felt and glitter leaves. I also took a chipboard flower- cut off two of the petals and made my little butterfly, adding twine to the button to make it's antenna. I used my deco scissors to make the scallop edges around the oval cut with a simple template and scissors. ( Don't have any nestablilties)
I took a copper brad, and heated it with a lighter ( use pliers to hold it- gets hot!!) and it turned it this beautiful rich reddish orange- don't do it too long or it turns blueish white. and that brad holds my stamped greeting as well.

a tiny bit of WRMK ribbon turned to the backside finished the card.

thanks for coming by!
