Super Fun Summer

Hope everyone is having a great week! I haven't been around much as my hubby is off this week and we are busy doing things! We have done a few projects around the house that we've been needing to do ( course- isn't everything around the house always sitting there waiting to be done?) We painted our front windows- I painted our shutters and hubby put in a new front door light- the house looks so good! Now we just have to concentrate on getting our garden planted- which of course is going to take a while since I don't have any idea on what to do with it! LOL!

Yesterday we drove 3+ hours to Centre Hall PA to Penn's Cave, a limestone cavern that you tour by boat. Then went on a safari bus tour around their property. The whole place was amazingly clean and well kept! The girls most favorite part was buying bags of 'dirt' to do gem mining, they have the screens right out front and we brought home bags of tiny emeralds, peridot, quartz, amethyst etc...

I thought I'd share this layout I did for Bobunny's Blog. Using Mango Luau- don't you love the awesome colors of this line? And the fun flowers are so nice to work with. With the girls off school I try to take lots of pics- but I get caught up in having fun and forget- then only have a few good sets- I need to try to take more this year! I used the combo stickers for the title, using some orange from the grease monkey line. I love love the scalloped border sticker, and made another scalloped edge for the top with my martha punch! I also used a jumbo flower journal spot behind my pics.
