tho this isn't the sportiest or grandest minivan- I have a 98 venture van- and she still looks this good- we've taken good care of her- and I love love Old Betsy like a member of the family. One day I guess I'll have to give her up- but until then- she's my faithful companion! I've had her since I was pregnant with Alizabeth! She's got over 100,000 miles on her- and has taken us to Florida 3 times, and I can still beat most cars off the line with my 6 cylinders!
this card uses Bobunny pink snowflake paper, the angels are cut from Daisy D's paper, and I also embossed a Bobunny chipboard circle with my swiss dots folder.
and finally to share today! I am giving away an awesome amount of blog candy! to help me celebrate my 10,000 blog hit- I should be getting that sometime this weekend- so I want to give away some gorgeous stuff!

here is a little card eye candy to leave you with today.
I've been pulling out my old stash and am trying to use some of it. Anything that's caught my eye as I sorted I have pulled aside to create with.
this card was hard for me- pastels are not my colors - and I really don't like working with purple much- but I am so ready for spring- so I thought I'd do something with these SEI papers and puffy stickers.
I hand cut the holly- added in those OLD stash tiny buttons and some MM tiny type letters.
lastly is this baby card- I found these K&CO stickers at the bottom of a pile, adding in some K&Co paper, AC thickers glitter letters, MM journaling pullout, and AG ribbon with a Bobunny flower, stuck through the knot with a bead and a pearl head pin.

forgot the car- my first car was a mazda mx6, cherry red, stick shift, one that I picked out and paid for my very own- still have memories of that car....sniff, sniff- it got traded in for a green mitsubishi 2000, HOT sports car, that I loved to drive in Miami (got lots of looks in that car!)LOL!
When our kids were growing up I had a van and loved it!
Favorite car...Chevy Blaze or Tahoe. Dream car...BMW convertible.
Fav car well I'm driving it. Chevy Avalanche. Drives like a dream and the dogs love it to. Yes I buy a truck that fits 2 golden retrievers. Gotta keep that in mind. Love you cards and great blog candy. Congrats.

These cards are AUSOME!!! I'm not sure why you don't like creating with the pastels because you've done an absolutely beautiful job! I just got some great BB pp and I can't wait to use it!! Fabulous work as usual. Hope I win this RAK it's AUSOME too!! Oh, and my fav car is one that I just had to part with. It had over 200,000 miles on it.....Lexus SC400. :(

Wow, awesome blog candy! You have to know that I stalk your blog daily! Favorite car hmmm, right now I am still in a mini van but really would like a new crossover car like a Chevy Equinox or something like that. My fav has always been a Jeep Grand Cherokee but I am too practical gas wise to get one of those!
I guess my fav car is what I'm driving right now, a Ford Expedition. It has a ton of room & I love that.

My fav car is an Audi TT. It's red and a convertible. It's my dh's but he let me drive it a lot! It's so much fun and fast, but we won't tell anybody that part. Cathy
My Dream car would be 1969 Chevy Nova...a fast, muscle car with lots of power. I love muscle cars!
Great cards you made!! My favorite car/SUV would be the Acura MDX. I have a larger SUV and love them, so going a little smaller would be perfect.

It is nothing fancy, but my van is very practical and works perfectly for our family.
My fave is not my van...although her seats warm my butt in the winter so I shouldn't complain...lol.

I really love your cards, makes me want to start making some. My favorite car is a Dodge Charger.
I luv your minivan. We have a 1999van and we use it for trips or when someone else is going with us. It has taken us on some great trips and is great for hauling scrapbook stuff when going to retreats.
Love my Ford Expedition.

Car: My dream car is a mustang (in red or yellow) or a beetle (in sky blue). When it came to looking for a new car, I wanted so badly to check out my fav cars, but knew I couldn't afford them even if I wanted to, so we ended up getting a Dodge Calibur. It'll do just right for me.

i bought my first car from my parents ( & they made me pay for it) it was a pontiac 6000 in navy blue- she ran for a long time quitting on my last day of college so i traded her in for a pontiac grand am- now i have a mom car ( a honda minivan)
WOO HOO - a WOMAN after my OWN heart!! We also LOVE our van!! We recently purchased a Kia Sedona and have already made one trip back to AZ to see friends and family for Thanksgiving! We treat her like a member of the family as I'm sure she'll be taking care of us for quite some time to come! Thanks for sharing the card eye candy!! Such NICE work!! never thought of a mini van being a favorite car but hey! if it works for you RUN with it!! Sometimes it's not about the style as much as it is about the function. My little sedan isn't all that snazzy but it runs and is dependable. :)

My favorite car would have to be a Ford Mustang - 1966! However, after many years of driving unreliable cars that didn't always start or keep running, I do love my trusty Dodge Neon :)

Fabulous cards! Even though you don't like pastels, the spring card is great! My favorite is probably that baby card though! Love the flower and the pin (I never use pins and need to). Anyway, favorite car -- I mean dream car - is an old model Azure - they aren't very common and husband said a personal mechanic would be in order if I could find the mechanic, MAYBE I'd be able to get the car...he's joking of course. I first saw the car 4 years ago and just fell head over heels for it and have been dreaming for about 4 years since then!! I've never seen one since then (on the road/driving I mean...they're at showrooms and in pictures but not in real life).

When I was younger I loved Chevelles...My first two cars were both '68 models- A 327 Chevy Malibu and an SS 396...For the last 10 years I have been driving a Black Pearl Dodge Grand Caravan and I don't want to give up mine either...It has taken me over 115,000 miles and is a comfortable easy riding and driving vehicle.

My first car was a Hyundai Excel hatchback. The only thing that endears it to me is that it was my first car, there was a sense of independance that came with owning it as well as responsibility. Now, I would love to buy a Toyota Tacoma.
